How to cure your tattoo?
The secrets of proper care for your new tattoo:

✅ Curing a tattoo well is as important as the fact that it is well done. As much as they do a good job if you do not have certain care you can risk having an infection in your tattoo or complication.
First, keep the tattoo covered with cling film (you can use the cling film you have in the kitchen) and change it every 4 hours. Each time you remove it, wash your tattoo with water and pH-neutral soap and cover it again with the cling film.
The purpose of using cling film is to protect the tattoo from external agents, especially on the first day when it's fresh, thus preventing infection. And be careful not to touch the tattoo with dirty hands or expose it to places where it could get dirty and infected.

From the second day the tattoo should not be covered with film.
It will be washed 3 times a day with soap and water, then applying a thin layer of the tattoo balm or cream recommended by the tattoo artist.
Normally 3 times a day is enough, but this can vary a bit depending on the skin and the area.
The important thing is to keep the tattoo clean and moisturized.
We use tattoo grease, which you can buy directly at our studio. It comes in small and large sizes. In fact, we use this grease when we get tattooed.

If you want your tattoo to look spectacular and in all its splendor, you should avoid direct sunlight. And, of course, you will not be able to bathe in the sea or pool water for at least 14 days (neither sunbathe nor UVA rays).
It is also important not to tear off the skins or scabs that may come out as they will fall off on their own.
You also shouldn't scratch the tattooed area . It's important to avoid excessive sweating , if possible. This means avoiding physical exercise for the first few days.
No saunas, no spa until it is healed.

You should continue to apply the tattoo cream when you see that it is dry (or sun cream if you are going to get the sun on your skin). It is very important to keep it well hydrated.
Remember that the better you treat your tattoo at the beginning, the better it will look later.
DO YOU WANT IT IN A SUMMARY?
- The first day keep it covered with transparent film, changing it every 4 hours (washing it with soap and water before each change).
- From the second day, do not cover it anymore and start using the cream (recommended by the tattoo artist) 3/4 times a day (ALWAYS washing it previously with soap and water) applying a thin layer.
- Always keep the tattoo CLEAN and well hydrated.
- Do not sunbathe (or UVA rays), or bathe in pool and / or beach water, until it is fully healed.
- A tattoo can take 2-3 weeks to heal, so care needs to be taken throughout the healing process.
- Let the scabs or skins fall off on their own.
- Once the tattoo has healed, use high sun protection if you are going to expose it to the sun or UVA rays.
WHAT CREAM TO USE TO CURE YOUR TATTOO?

In our studio, we use a professional tattoo balm from the German brand Believa , specially designed for the care and cleansing of freshly tattooed skin. It helps the skin rebuild a protective barrier with natural ingredients.
Believa tattoo healing products are free of synthetic dyes and fragrances, paraffins, preservatives, silicones, parabens, and PEG emulsifiers.
This tattoo butter helps reduce itchiness and redness on the skin. It also helps maintain color.
To achieve optimal healing and long-lasting shine of the tattoo it is important to avoid scab formation after tattooing. This butter keeps the skin soft and reduces irritation. Thorough care can prevent infection or scab formation.
In our tattoo studio you can buy the small and large formats (it will depend on the type of tattoo you have done). And yes, we also use this butter to heal our own tattoos.
