Color or black and white?

Both styles work, but color gives this type of tattoo a special vibrancy. The watercolor style looks especially good with animated characters—the colors behave very similarly to how they do on screen, with that characteristic luminosity. We can also add decorations, backgrounds, or text to complete the design.

Black and white, on the other hand, can produce a very striking result with video game characters of a darker aesthetic or with anime with defined lines.

Size and location

There are no real restrictions. You can get a tattoo of a whole character, just the head, a scene, a symbol from the universe that you like… It works both in small formats — wrist, ankle, behind the ear — as in medium or large pieces on the arm or leg.
